Special Orders
If you would like your maid-of-honor, bridesmaids and/or Flower-Girl to have coordinated headpieces, these can be special ordered to ensure that all flowers and color lots are the same.
Special Orders cannot be cancelled after order and all sales are considered final.

Shipping will be calculated based on the items ordered and point of delivery. Most domestic orders incur shipping charges of $7.00 - $10.00.
All orders are usually shipped USPS Priority with delivery tracking. Other shipping options are available and can be selected when an order is placed.
Unless an order is a Special Order, Credit Card orders will be shipped next day, on receipt of Money Order or 10 days after receipt of Personal Check.
All orders are shipped FOB Dian’s Designs â Gainesville, Florida. We are not responsible for any customs and tariffs for orders that ship outside the United States.
Guarantee / Return Policy
We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your selected purchase(s). Should you be dissatisfied with your order you may return your package within three (3) business days of receipt .We will be glad to refund the full purchase price of each item returned, less a restocking fee of $15.00 per item, regardless of reason. Should you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise you will need to notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your order, so the product(s) may be exchanged, fixed or replaced as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to insure you receive your order in good condition and a timely manner. All items are intended for a one-time use therefore, used, soiled, or damaged items are not refundable.
All items are custom made and are one of a kind, so we cannot guarantee all items to be available at the time you make an order. We update our website on a regular basis but items are subject to availability without prior notice due to demand. Dian’s Designs â recommends that in the event that you like a particular custom headpiece, please order in a timely manner to ensure availability.
Dian’s Designs â is not liable for accidents or misuse of product for purposes not intended for its use. Nor are we liable for weather conditions resulting in changes to the product or allergies associated with materials used in the product.
Dian’s Designs â does not accept any returns after the Wedding or the event date. Therefore all goods must be returned prior to the wedding / event date.
All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition, unworn and accompanied by the original wrappings and shipping container with a copy of the original invoice.
For exchanges and returns, you will be responsible for all shipping charges that you incur.
Dian’s Designs â is not responsible for any lost items due to the shipper.
All return merchandise needs to get prior authorization, by either email or phone. Any items retuned without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer.
